 Robert A. Wolz
Robert A. Wolz was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois. He attended Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He received his J.D. and Master of Laws in Taxation degree from The John Marshall Law School.
Bob has been actively engaged in the practice of law for almost 25 years. He began his legal career with the firm of Lewis, Overbeck & Furman in Chicago, Illinois where he was a Partner in the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Employee Benefits practice groups. Before joining Mahoney Silverman and Cross, Bob was an Assistant General Counsel with LaSalle Bank Corporation/Bank of America where he served as counsel to LaSalle’s trust and asset management businesses. Bob is a member of the Illinois State and Will County Bar Associations.
Bob’s practice focuses on Business Law, Federal and State Taxation, Banking and Financial Services Law, Employee Benefit Plans, Real Estate, and Trusts and Estates. |
